Yep, even more pictures up'd!

P1000480, originally uploaded by ozzyo99.

Yesterday we visited Pao de Acucar, or Sugarloaf Mountain to you and I. Unfortunately yet another quick post, but I promise to stop back when I can with a summary of Rio.

Today, we'll be moving hostels from this sh*thole (sorry it needed to be said), to hopefully a better (by that I mean not having to refer to my girlfriend as 'inmate') place on Ipanema beach, After that we're hoping to finally get a chance to visit good ol' Jesus Christ - the picture above is about as much as we've seen of him all week!

Then obviously England vs. Brazil, where we shall be attending a nearby Ingerlish bar, for some IN-GER-LUND chanting and a few beers!

Over and out!

Very atmospheric shot James. Loved the pics from Sugarloaf, the area looks stunning, a truly amazing area [one of the modern 7 Wonders of the World btw]. Cute monkey is a Common Marmoset. I can't I'D the large bird but looks like an eagle of some sort. It's a pleasure reading your tales and seeing the pictures, brightens up my day for sure. Take care both. Dad

Great Photos. Miranda is the blue sheet with the red ribbon a new type of suncreen???. Well you are seeing some wonderful sights and despite your awful hostel stay, it must have been worth it to see some of the wonderful sights that you are seeing. Never spent so much time on my computer. Keep the pictures coming they are great. Also lovely to speak to you from time to time on Skype. Lots of love Mum & Dadxxxxx

Hi to you both

Blog is fab - Am jealous that you've been to see Jesus - it's pretty cool seeing pictures but to see it in real life must be amazing.
Must admit seeing you in summer clothes is nearly too much to bare, especially after the gales we've had this weekend!
Just a little note - guess who's on her way back to Ireland!!!!
